Growing up in a small town and studying in an all-girls school, I have had imposter syndrome for the better part of my adult life. When I got into IIT Bombay, I struggled with living away from home, speaking up, even interacting with men. Over time, I built a support system around myself, and built coping mechanisms, worked on my communication.

Went through a bad breakup while living in the US which shattered me, but my coping mechanisms helped get through it.

Very recently, I became a mom and struggled with balancing work, life and even my mental health to a point where I would feel the mom's guilt throughout the day. Built a new support system around myself to cope, and happy to say that it's working.
