I know what it feels like to be alone. So alone that things just seem to lose color. Alone even when you have friends and family around you. Just alone.
When I have been in those low periods, it is nearly impossible to remember what got me out of it the last time. I forget the simple things that I could do to help myself. I am also not the kind of person who prefers to talk about it, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't help to do so. More often than not, having an external perspective tell me if there is something could be doing differently, or that it isn't my fault, or that everything is going to be ok, really helps.
I am happy to talk about life, sadness, and anything else that is on your mind. I am a good listener. :)
