I’m Naveli Saxena, a counseling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from Christ University, Bangalore. With over two years of experience in mental health, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges.
I believe in fostering a safe, supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and understood, regardless of what you’re facing. My focus is on guiding individuals through issues such as anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. Together, we’ll work on understanding your emotions and discovering practical strategies that promote healing and personal growth.
My approach is highly individualized; I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy to tailor each session to your unique needs. I specialize in assisting individuals with mood disturbances, anxiety, grief, complex trauma, and relationship challenges, always aiming to empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.
Qualification: Master's Degree in Neuropsychology
Areas of expertise: Self-esteem and confidence, Career challenges and work, Grief and Loss, Anxiety and Negative thoughts, Personal growth and Procrastination
Therapy approach: I focus on coping, healing, and personal growth by utilizing a mix of tools tailored to your needs. Guided by a systemic, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative lens, I incorporate emotion-focused and narrative therapy techniques alongside mindfulness practices to foster meaningful life changes
Terms and policies
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
