From my childhood, I had performance pressure because I saw my peers doing well and I was constantly in a state of competition and comparison. I came from a middle-class background. After my Secondary education, I chose Science(PCM) because I did not know what to do, and choosing between Engineering and Medicine were the only career options. I had to take up engineering because everybody else was.

I somehow got into a good undergrad college but something was still missing. I was constantly in the chase of happiness and I wasn't able to find it. 
Seeing my surroundings, I was constantly in the mode of chasing people and pleasing them and I couldn't say "NO", which led me to prioritize others over me.
I was constantly over analyzing things which led to overthinking which eventually led to anxiety. 
I chose to do my Master's degree abroad and the same patterns were repeated. I was looking for happiness around me, however it was hidden somewhere.
During this time I thought I was seeing someone but it wasn't the case.  Shortly after this, my internship started and I had something to distract myself. After I completed my internship, I was constantly playing video games to cope with life but again it was short lived. It wasn't until I completed my Master's degree when I figured out that I was going through something and this needs to be fixed and through spiritual enlightenment with my healer, I started my healing journey. I was then able to identify the patterns and was able to break them.

Now, I am living a great life which is free from judgments, and I look forward to connecting with people and becoming a part of their journey.
