I got divorced 3 years back. Since it was mutual and I got joint custody of my son, life moved on and I was happy to be able to spend time with my son. But, then I happened to have a girlfriend who was very caring in the begining. Later my life turned into a turmoil, when I realized that she was bipolar and also suffered from PPD(Paranoid Personality Disorder). I was subject to extreme mental and physical torture and battling it was next to impossible. I even tried to end my life 1.5 years back, but luckily survived. Today when I look back I feel priviledged that I am still alive taking responsibility of my actions and ready to face the world. Trauma, depression are part of life, Today I have an estranged relationship with my son which I hope will change with time. I was under psychiatric evaluation as well, though nothing helped.

In the end, it is self realization and survival instinct which kicks in and gets you moving forward. I am happy to help fellow mates who are battling depression, cause this is a silent killer.
