I went through a breakup at the age of 16 which led to overthinking and ultimately imbalance of chemicals in my brain. For 10 years my illness went undiagnosed and utter confusion of the symptoms with something superstitious. Then in 2016 I was diagnosed with TB in my stomach and the medicines affected my brain badly. I was diagnosed woth bipolar then by a psychiatrist. From then I am on bipolar medications and coping with things with utter courage. I work as a teacher now. Medicines have helped me a lot and also lifestyle changes.
