I was at a point in my life where there were a lot of uncertainties. Uncertainties regarding my relationship with friends, relationship with people who I pursued romantically or otherwise and also with respect to career and also family induced expectations and peer pressure. Due to it being a series of events that came one after another it became too much but I always had someone ( my therapist) to talk me through it every step of the way and understand myself better.

The journey to become a better human being has been an arduous one and something that I am still undergoing but it is important to note that the journey begins with the single step and a motivation to become a better human being for whoever enters our life. When I do tend to look back and reflect on my journey till now, I am glad that I have had so much of unlearning and relearning when it comes to how to handle relationships, how to set boundaries and how to emotionally process things and situations in a better way. I'm always here to listen to , help you and truly understand the value of having someone to talk to.
