Went through Social Media Addiction at the age of 16. Overcame it within 4 to 6 months. It's been almost 8 years that I have used Facebook or Instagram. After leading an addiction-free life for 5 years. I was involved in Porn addiction at the age of 21. Overcame that traumatic phase within 1 and a half years of time. During my journey of compulsion, I have learned to involve in more productive activities and have gained lots of life skills. I want to help all those buddies who are going through some compulsion and are finding themselves stuck within the cycle.
