After facing a difficult period in my life where I was struggling with suicidal thoughts due to a negative workplace and a layoff, I decided to seek therapy to help pick myself back up. I've had the opportunity to come out of a toxic relationship, while trying to break out of generational trauma. One of my biggest challenges has been working on my anxiety (how it affects my career and relationships), and navigating my ADHD - at the same time, having a safe, uplifting space has helped me grow and I hope to provide support for anyone who's facing similar struggles. :)
