Have dealt with emotionally immature parents all my life that affected me deeply. As an adult, I worked on myself and consciously healed myself from all the trauma caused by dealing with parents who could not fulfill my emotional needs since a young age. Today, I am an emotionally mature adult who knows how to healthily express her feelings without letting them take control over her. But throughout this healing journey, I hoped I had someone to talk to and confide in about my struggles in dealing with and managing expectations of parents. I want to be that person for you who can confide and talk to me about the challenges you are facing with your parents and family as well.
