I am an only child, I come from a broken family, my parents got seperated when i was 22. Later in life I found myself in a mentally abusive marriage with no intimacy. Ended up in a divorce after being with the partner for 10 years.     

Therapy changed my life, I was able to leave my unhealthy marriage and start my life from scratch. I worked on my depression and anxiety with the help of therapy, meditation, alternative medicine, and a healthy lifestyle.
I quit my high-paying/high-stress corporate career to start my own design consultancy. I suffered plenty of financial and professional challenges that almost made me want to quit. But I kept working on myself and my work, every single day to be a healthier, more stable version of myself.
Here to help anyone who is struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce or narcissistic abuse. Anyone who is struggling with work – life balance or wants a career change and feels scared to take the risk.
