Dealing with narcissistic and abusive parents led me into thinking I was good for nothing and that I was unwanted. I just wanted to give up, was so severely anxious all the time started stuttering as well but I knew I had a life ahead of me and couldn’t give up because of my parents.

I always felt alone in this and thought maybe I could talk to someone who would really get me because I was always bashed with saying “oh but they are still your parents at the end of the day”. I hope I can make someone feel seen with what I went through.
