I have dealt with body shaming for a major part of my life. Have grown up not relating or feeling accepted by my friends for more than 10 years. I have struggled with finding a right partner for a long period of time. All of this has led to great confusion, chronic depression, fractured self-image, anxiety disorders. However, over time I have learnt to navigate it with the help of active therapy, and self-regulation. I am in a happy and healing space now and I can offer the support and my tool kit to others going through the similar feelings. I am also good at contextualising the conversation and not offering blanket statements.
