My tough journey started after my graduation. Initially I struggled a lot to get job as it was recession. Then I got married and became a mother. But as my financial condition was not good I have found and joined a job when my kid was just 6 months. I was going through lots of emotional pain that time as my job was of 9 hrs. At the same time I was very weak personality who was not knowing how to stand for self and how to deal with the difficult situations. I was living with guilt as a working mother and at the same time I was not at all social person so was never able to share my feelings with anyone. I only wanted to share my feelings with my husband but he was very busy. Gradually all this emotional clutter turned into depression and I realised that I need doctor's consultation.It took me more than 10 years to get out of all these problems I was fortunate that after this stage I got all needed family support and I also became more spiritual and Krishna's follower which changed my life drastically. Spirituality & Meditation are secrets of my satisfied life.Today I feel very confident, happy and no regrets :)
