I got divorced about 3 years back after an 8-year long marriage. I can help folks going through similar life events. I am officially diagnosed with bipolar disorder, have faced several manic and depressive swings over the past 5-6 years. Now on medication and self-help for over 2.5 years and can share my journey. I have worked for large corporates and am now a start-up founder, have faced severe resistance from family and friends on this transition as well. 

I moved to the Netherlands in 2010 to pursue my higher education, post which started by career in 2012. I stayed in NL until 2021, total of 11 years, before moving back to India for a variety of reasons.

Since 2021, trying to re-integrate back into the Indian society/eco-system with a plethora of challenges while running a B2B/B2G business in the sustainability space. Re-adjusting to the work culture here drains a lot of my energy, and have been trying to find ways to overcome that. Over the past several years, have developed strong opinion against excessive growth, capitalism, globalization, and the current state of world affairs. Trying to fight the internal conflict to move towards a de-growth & sustainable world; while living in the middle of a growth-addicted society. Entrepreneurship, mental health, de-growth, family, and support systems is what keeps me ticking.
