Relationships - was a victim of sexual abuse and kept continuing the loop of abusive relationships to fill the void of care, love, the need for being understood, heard and all that we deserve just cause we are humans and alive. Jumped from one toxic relationship to another year after years. It's been 2 years now that I self-taught emotional regulation and it's been a journey. I wanna be the person for even 1 person who I wished I had for the last 10 years of my life.
Mental Health - was the biggest challenge of my life. Personality disorder. Was a hyper-independent woman. Challenged success. Reached the typical definition of it and still wasn't happy and very lonely. Asked all the why questions. There is no life book which had the answers. The only thing that made me not give up was the community and people. So there's nothing more important to me than being able to hold that space for anyone who needs that.
