Diagnosed with Psoriasis during Covid. Having a disease like Psoriasis at such an early age gradually affected my self-confidence and my concerns regarding health. Depression also plays a vital role in this condition which becomes a cycle for me - the flare ups would affect my mental state which in turn affected my condition.
After lots of research I finally learnt about the disease and coping up against it everyday. On a journey from low self-esteem to self-love.
