Being a nerd who was highly sidelined during school life, I have developed a sense of experiencing solitude in detachment. I have also been a victim of bullying in school which has led to me being afraid to indulge in physical fights till date. And lastly I have been in a one sided unconditional love and have gained provice in detached attachment.

All these incidents have made me realise that I have always been an empath, but by being an empath you get to realise it is always a person's morale or self-confidence that initially leads to a quicksand of depression. I have personally had a very optimistic outlook towards life and I am an active enforcer of positive reinforcements.
