I am queer & neurodivergent therapist and have a strong commitment to equity & social justice. My practice as a healer is rooted in principles of harm reduction, anti-oppression, and collective liberation — how can we free ourselves from the systems & stories that leave us feeling disconnected, disappointed, and disheartened? I’m trained in trauma-focused, LGBTQ+ centered, feminist therapy. As a queer neurodivergent person who has grown up in many countries & cultures, I know what it feels like to feel out of place, and I became a therapist so I can support others in my own community. It is my deepest honor to hold space for those who are on a journey of healing from personal, collective and generational trauma. If you are someone who wants to work on unlearning internalized oppression (i.e. racism, sexism, casteism, homophobia, transphobia) I am the right therapist for you. I am trained in and pull from a variety of methods and treatment orientations depending on the needs and preferences of my client. These modalities and methods include: attachment-based therapy, Brainspotting, Emotion Focused Therapy, DBT skills, harm reduction, parts work/IFS, systems theory and polyvagal theory. If you are part of the following communities, I may be the right therapist for you: LGBTQIA+ adults, Polyamorous & Non-Monogamous, Kinky & those who are questioning their gender, sexuality or relationship orientation Mixed/multiracial individuals, individuals with multicultural experiences Neurodivergent folks (e.g. Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, Highly Sensitive) Survivors of interpersonal, complex, state-sanctioned violence or trauma Spiritually sensitive individuals Activists, mental health professionals, other kinds of healers.
