I’m a Counseling Psychologist, Educator, and Speaker. I follow an eclectic approach that blends humanistic-existential principles with somatic and trauma-informed practices. I actively use mindfulness techniques, relaxation procedures, and body-based healing methods. My areas of specialization include complex trauma, stress management, gender issues, mood and anxiety disorders, grief counseling, psychological well-being, and navigating toxic family systems. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-focused. I work with clients aged 25 to 50 years. I currently have a private practice in Gurgaon and have been in the field of psychology for the past 12 years. I hold an MA in Applied Psychology from Delhi University, South Campus, and a certification in "Treating Trauma: Master Series" from the National Institute for Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM, United States).
