Kavita Nagpal

Dr. Kavita Nagpal is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with over seven years of clinical, research, and teaching expertise. She completed her MD in Psychiatry from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, a prestigious institution known for its excellence in mental health education. 

Following her MD, Dr. Nagpal worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh, and the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) Delhi. She further honed her skills as a Specialist at the Employee State Insurance (ESI) Hospital in Delhi and achieved Diplomate of National Board (DNB) certification in Psychiatry.

Dr. Nagpal has a broad range of expertise across various domains of psychiatry, including adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, marital and psychosexual issues, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and community psychiatry. Her extensive experience is complemented by her contributions to national and international journals through various articles and book chapters.
