Aaushi is a mental health professional who holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is trained in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) and has completed experiential course in Gestalt therapy. Currently, she is undergoing EMDR Trainee. Her experience spans over 5 years where she has worked with a diverse range of population. She has dealt with a range of mental health concerns like stress, anxiety disorder, mood disorders, body image, childhood trauma, self-awareness, self-esteem building, interpersonal relationship issues and emotional regulation. Terms and policies
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
