Sharing Circles

SoulUp's Sharing Circles are spaces for open dialogue, where participants come together to share experiences, thoughts, emotions and perspectives.

Never been part of a support group before? Sharing Circles are a great way to experience how groups work and what the environment and dynamic can be like.
