Anita Eliza

Anita Eliza is a seasoned Counselor with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as an Online Expert at YourDost, a renowned online counseling platform, Anita specializes in addressing a broad spectrum of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, confidence, self-esteem, decision-making, time management, and everyday life challenges. Her expertise extends to other prominent online portals such as Talk To Angels and MyFit Brain.

Prior to her role in online counseling, Anita worked as a Special Educator at Goldcrest School in Mumbai, where she supported students with learning difficulties such as reading, spelling, comprehension, and writing. Her passion for education is also evident in her teaching experience; she has taught Psychology to nursing students across several colleges in Mumbai.

Anita holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology, which she completed in 2012. In addition to her counseling practice, she runs her own counseling center, offering support to individuals and children with learning difficulties. Her contributions to the field include guest lectures at two prestigious medical colleges where she taught Psychology. 

Outside of her professional life, Anita enjoys painting, reading informative and self-help books, and exploring recipes from her family cookbook. She is committed to continuous learning and personal growth, both for herself and those she helps.
