Growing up in a conservative Marwari family, with the challenges of being a parentified child to parents with a difficult marriage, I deeply understand the struggles of building boundaries, overcoming trust issues, and cultivating self-worth. I have heavily relied on writing/journalling, exercising and meditation for my healing and actively use tools to help myself out of the situation.

I have also navigated high-stress and high-pressure environments at work and at home and with therapy and boundaries learnt to not be in survivor mode constantly. In this process I learnt to find myself despite the chaos around.

Really amazing call

While talking I realized how similar our stories are and we connected quickly. A lot of her experiences are something I am going through and she shared what worked for her. The first was the better mindset and perspective to look at things differently. She is a very genuine person, the vibe was just the best.
