I have been overweight since childhood. Realised much later in life how this unresolved trauma from my childhood affected my mental state leaving me a traumatised adult and a clingy partner. I hit rock bottom in my life - lost my sanity, my business took a huge hit and I underwent depression for more than a year. Took therapy and now I am on the path to healing.

It was great and felt connected to the peer. Shared my feelings and emotions, she also understood it well and bonded well. Also gave some tricks to handle my emotions. Felt like talking to a friend who listened to me calmly.Would be great if suggestions also been given .
