Life starts for me with chaos around. I have disassociated with my childhood. I have been a lost kid, an insecure teenager and an unsure human. My home wasn't a happy place, my parents were not sharing a comfortable relationship that made me take everything personally. I became a people pleaser and questioned my worth as well as my existence. When things were so dark for me, I was at rock bottom at that point of time, I knew I could only move upwards and onwards. I had learnt that all the weight that I had been carrying wasn't mine to carry. I learnt about generational trauma. Learning started for me to come home to myself. I have been so tired of running that I decided to be still with my every uncomfortable thought, emotion, and sensation.

I have realised my heart is too big for my body and I am learning to go with this. I am being the best hopefully version of myself. The quality I love about myself is that I can hold space for all and everything. 

 Have taken therapy.
