Had a terrible breakup where in, I was made to believe I am not enough which made me question my self worth. This took a toll on my professional life too and was at a stage where I had nothing going right both in my personal and professional life. Felt like I hit rock bottom.

With months of being in depression and not finding the energy to even move out of my bed, I thought I had lost at life. I started gradually picking myself up and took 1 step at a time. Started opening up to people, went to therapy, started hitting the gym, reading self help book and doing things which made me a little confident about myself, everyday.
While the battle within is perpetual, I have learnt how not to let it overpower me.
I wish I had someone to speak about and get over my low phase much early. This experience taught me a lot about myself. I hope I can be there for you, to listen and help you through your experiences.
