When I lost my father, as a teen, I was overcome with the difficult and complicated feelings of grief. I was lost, dealing with feelings of low mood and trying to stay afloat with the academic pressures in my life. It was overwhelming but through resilience and help from others I could rely on, I proudly look back on my journey of self growth. In those times it was the help and compassion of others who helped me through, I hope to do the same for you!
I was raised and live in the U.K , and am hopefully able to create a safe space for anyone but I am able to share some specific experiences of living here in the United Kingdom.
