Switched from the corporate sector to development space which has been a journey of understanding self and finding contentment in my work.

I also live with Fibromyalgia and PMS which hasn't been easy and I've been making the necessary changes to manage it. For examples, traveling for work or pleasure hasn't been the same. Sometimes I'm also unsure what triggers the fibro, it's very uncertain and that makes it even more exhausting.

Due to personal/societal experiences around periods and the patriarchy surrounding sexual health and pleasure, I became passionate about women's health which has helped me with issues around body image, mental health and chronic illnesses.
