I recently went through a 10-year relationship that ended, and I struggled with depression and anxiety during that time. However, I was able to learn how to handle those challenges and find happiness within myself. Despite facing difficulties in my career and physical health, I never lost hope. I have guilt in my heart because of my brother's suicide. He took his own life in November 2022 because of a toxic relationship, and I was not there to help him due to work. I feel guilty that I could not save him.
