I was brought up in England as a kid, I've spent my major childhood years living my dream life in England. In 2012, I shifted back to India and one month into school, I fell sick and later in that year was diagnosed with 'Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome' aka CVS.
I've been on this battlefield for over 10 years now and CVS has won the battle every time. I felt trapped.

Over the years, I had developed severe anxiety with CVS and every time I would sense an episode coming, I would go into depression. But last year, I decided enough is enough and I took matters into my own hand rather than relying on doctors and hospitals. I worked on my anxiety and my mindset, I learnt how to control my mind and my thoughts and I'm proud to say that I DID IT! It's been over 4 months since I had my last episode and now I'm in the healthiest and happiest phase of my life.
