A therapist, with a Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice). I aim to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, helping clients feel understood and supported as they work through personal challenges. I deal with concerns of anxiety, self-esteem, identity exploration, body image and self-esteem issues, academic or work stress, relationship concerns, anger management and emotional regulation, family conflict and navigating complicated family dynamics, behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, and life transitions and adjustment issues.

My approach is also guided by a humanistic, intersectional, trauma-informed, and a
queer-affirmative framework, ensuring clients feel understood and empowered, despite
their unique experiences and diverse identities.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and narrative therapy techniques coupled
with mindfulness practices when tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique
needs of each client.

Great idea!

Loved the idea of exploratory sessions! It would be good to have an agenda to follow, but otherwise, it was a good idea to get in touch before a full session.

Terms and policies

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

There is no refund or cancellation once you have been put in touch with the therapist. However, you can reschedule sessions upto 48 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling of the session is possible.

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
