Having embarked on my professional journey in financial services back in 2004, I underwent a whirlwind of changes over the course of seven years - relocating, transitioning between organizations, and diversifying my roles. Yet, despite these shifts, I found myself grappling with a persistent sense of dissatisfaction. The arrival of motherhood marked a significant pause in my corporate trajectory, eventually leading to a complete cessation driven by a lack of fulfillment.

Initially, I anticipated motherhood to be a profoundly enriching chapter of my life. However, it presented its own array of challenges, foremost among them being the transition from a career-driven professional to a stay-at-home mom. This shift prompted a profound exploration of mindfulness in parenting, a journey through which I gleaned invaluable life lessons applicable beyond the realm of childcare. Welcoming my second child into the world catalyzed a deeper embrace of gratitude, unconditional love, and surrender, fostering an inward journey anchored in yoga and meditation.

As a parent, I've made unconventional decisions such as limiting screen time for my children and opting for an alternative educational approach prioritizing holistic development.
