My life has been marked by intense highs and lows. Growing up in a conservative environment, I struggled with body image and low self-esteem issues. My father's absence during my formative years led to difficulties at school and early-onset depression. I have endured multiple abusive partners, and narcissistic and demanding bosses throughout adolescence.

However, through every painful experience, I have emerged stronger and more resilient than ever. With the help of spirituality, yoga, art and self-love practices, I have been able to restore myself piece by piece.
