Encountered depression and anxiety after the end of my relationship. There was a period in my life where I was engulfed by continuous unwanted thoughts on a daily basis about what could have been or what shouldn't have been accompanied by multiple flashbacks from the past. I was empowered by these thoughts to such an extent that it became almost impossible for me to take any action towards my career. I felt worthless and self-doubted myself. Initially, I avoided sharing my condition with anyone because of the fear of being judged or misunderstood. But when I look back, being in touch with some close ones and regular communication about what I felt gradually helped me get out of that situation. I feel having someone to talk to who can resonate with your thoughts and feelings is the best thing that can help deal with the mental crisis. I hope to do the same for you and help you avoid the situation which I was in.
